Having originally trained as a psychologist, he spent several years, reviewing user needs analysis before moving into e-commerce page design, translating these user needs into web sites that work.
• Simon Russell: Lead Developer
  Drawing on software development experience in a range of industries, I am responsible for the architecture and implementation of the Moneyspyder framework using Ruby on Rails. I have been developing software since childhood; after university I was involved in the development of an internet micropayments system. I then moved to TOWER Software and was the lead developer and designer of their successful ICE product; this document management software is used by public organisations and private companies worldwide. I am originally from ACT (Canberra, Australia). I am a keen mountain biker covering thousands of kilometers across Europe.
• Rowan Cox: Developer
  I joined Moneyspyder from an international intelligence and security software provider based out of Australia. My experience is in enterprise Java, but have a background including microcontrollers, robotics and AI systems. Working at MoneySpyder is giving me a chance to see just how rapid and dynamic development can be. I grew up in Tasmania and have a double degree - BEng / BSc at Swinburne Uni in Melbourne + 1 year at DSTO in Adelaide. When not grafting I build robots and chill out at the gym.
• Peter Forster: Developer
  I am Australian originally from Melbourne. I wrote logistics software for the Australian Department of Defence, dispatch software for Non Emergency Patient Transport company and was IT Manager for the Platinum Private Equity Group of Companies in Melbourne prior to joining Moneyspyder although not all at the same time. I have recently returned from a brief sabbatical having spent three months away from Moneyspyder travelling Europe. I am a keen photographer and have wide ranging musical tastes...
